Internal Sales Executive
Location: Dublin South/City Centre South side
Company: Transactional Merchant Services arm of large Financial Services business
The Role:
Looking after a group of client accounts (B2B) and responsding accordingly to inbound sales enquiries
Working to Targets and Key Performance indicators set out for you individually and also working to achieve team objectives.
Running Marketing Campaigns and taking part in proactive targeting of new customers.
Upselling & Cross selling products/services into new and & existing accounts
Key Administrative duties and accurate recording of customer data onto inhouse system
Keeping to policies and procedures and adhring to Risk & Compliance guidelines
Experience required for this position:
* 1-2 years phone based sales experience
* Experience working in a team environment in any of the following sectors or disciplines, Telesales, Call Centre Outbound, Sales Exec - media sales advertising, Financial Customer service sales, Insurance, Multinational blue chip business
* Previous use of SALESFORCE ideal but not essential
* You must be hungry to want to develop a career in sales and be ready to work to targets
* FLUENT English
* Excellent level of communication skills
