A rapidly expanding organisation in Ireland (part of a succesful global operation)
WE are looking for business, sales & marketing Graduates with 2-3 years experience in Sales or business related role who are entrepreneurial & passionate about customer service, technology, social IT Media and account management. This is a unique opportunity and will involve full product/service training in the london head office before commencing the role in Dublin.
The position will be Dublin City Centre based.
Responsibilities:
- Developing leads and setting up face-to-face and phone meetings
- Managing relationship with clients
- Communicating ongoing contact/sales activities
- Assessing potential business deals, negotiating favorable terms, and acquiring prospect commitment
- Constructing proposals/contracts
- Providing documentation on new client acquisitions to the Operation team
- Meeting goals
Experience required:
- 2 years Sales/ B2B/ FMCG experience
- Knowledge of social media
- Sales experience in Online Advertising, Direct Marketing, Local Advertising or b2b Sales
- Strong knowledge of local marketplace including consumer trends
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Energetic and self motivated team player with a positive attitude that can exceed goals and revenue expectations
- Strategic thinker with proven consulting and interpersonal skills
Salary / Package:
- €25,000k Base
- Plus OTE of € 50K-80K (uncapped)
